A cohort-based healing journey to tend to your nervous system, emotions, and inner child—through energy work, plant medicine, and intentional care.

This is Inner Pttrn’s most immersive offering, weaving together two of our core practices: Inner Child Reiki Healing with Coreen and Flower Essence Consultations with Patricia. Together, they create space for deep integration, emotional release, and reconnection with your inner self.

Offered in a small 6-person cohort, this 3-month series alternates Reiki and flower essence sessions every two weeks to support sustainable transformation at your own pace

What’s Included?

  • Emotional healing, nervous system support, and reparenting work grounded in ancestral care.

  • Personalized virtual sessions that blend flower essence therapy and intuitive care. You’ll receive a custom essence blend after each session to support clarity, nervous system balance, and emotional integration.

    (Virtual - 45 minutes; custom remedies mailed to you.)

  • Once you apply and are accepted into the next cohort, we’ll reach out personally to welcome you in and schedule your sessions.

    You’ll receive a detailed email with everything you need to know—plus space to share your intentions, preferences, or anything you want us to hold.

    Each session is scheduled approximately two weeks apart, with flexibility based on your flow. We’ll move at a pace that supports integration, presence, and care.

Sliding Scale Pricing

We created this series with deep care—because healing shouldn’t be a luxury. While individual sessions are typically range from $65-$125, this series is intentionally priced to expand access to ongoing support, while still honoring the energy and integrity of the work.
